Sadie Wolfe is a cellist from Austin, TX who is expanding the genre of amplified, alternative cello playing. Sadie is a member of the band Batty Jr., a psychedelic rock group often described as high-pitch, barely audible screeches that they project onto walls in order to locate objects in a room.
Batty Jr. has been a mainstay in the Austin, TX indie scene since 2015. In 2023, Batty Jr. released their 3rd studio album “DO A U E!” on Earth Libraries Records. After touring the East Coast and spending a month in New York City performing and writing new music, the band is beginning work on album number four.
