30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with the product or merchandise. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please message customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and ship your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

  • Returns will only be accepted for products purchased through fishman.com. Fishman products purchased from other retailers may not be returned.
  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
  • Returned product must be in re-sellable condition in original packaging and with all original tags and labels attached for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged in transit or a factory defect.
  • If a product is defective, the customer may request a full refund or exchange for the same product or similar priced product. Fishman will provide pre-paid return label.
  • If the product is damaged by the customer with obvious wear and tear, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after returned product arrives at Fishman.
  • Refunds will be issued to original payment method only.
  • If the return qualifies for free return shipping, a prepaid shipping label will be provided. Shipments sent without this prepaid label will not be reimbursed.
  • Fishman will not refund any shipping costs. Customer must use the return label provided by Fishman.
  • Returns will only be accepted with the issuance of an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number may be refused.

 

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

  • If product key is not activated, standard return policy applies.
  • No returns if product key is activated, unless software allows remote deactivation.
